Key Information for Your Visit:
- Flexible Access: Direct entry within your selected time slot. Simply present your ticket at the access control point.
- Estimated Duration: 45 minutes (unlimited stay within the site’s opening hours).
- Complimentary Audio Guide: Includes access to the official Audio Guide on your smartphone (use of headphones is recommended).
Complimentary parking is available at the main entrance for cars, motorcycles, and motorhomes/campervans.
Access & Ticketing Policies:
- Child Admission (Ages 0 to 10 inclusive): Free entry. No advance reservation required, but children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. To validate free admission, management may request ID or an official Family Record at access control.
- Group Access & Management:
- Arrival Coordination: The group leader or guide must check in at access control while the group remains assembled in the designated area.
- Check-in Procedure: Ticket validation will be handled as a single transaction by the group leader. Access staff will authorize group entry to ensure a smooth flow without bottlenecking the venue.
- Changes & Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons unrelated to venue management.
- Weather Conditions: Since the Self-Guided Tour provides access and shelter inside the venue, operations run as normal except in extraordinary circumstances involving a total site closure due to an official weather alert (AEMET). In the event of a total site closure, visitors will be offered a date reschedule or a full refund.
- Pets & Assistance Animals: Pets are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of certified guide dogs and registered service animals.
